Must have : Valid Driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Duties :

  • Installation / Decommission Servers and Network equipment.
  • Provide hands and feet support for all hardware equipment.
  • Conduct daily maintenance and reporting.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors for maintenance and escorts.
  • Perform installation of Ethernet and Fiber cabling.
  • Prepare equipment for shipment or disposal.
  • Provide after-hours support for break / fix and project work.
  • Create or update IT documentation.
  • Quarterly audit of all IT infrastructure and equipment.

Desired Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with Client / Dell servers (Client certified required within 90 days of hire), CompTIA Server+, Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.
  • Experience with network devices like routers, switches, etc., CompTIA Network+, Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.
  • Experience with MSA or SAN storage, CompTIA Storage+, Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred).
  • Required to work on-call rotation.
  • Required to perform project or break / fix after-hours.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Clean background check and drug screening.

    • Certifications Desired :

  • Cisco CCENT / Juniper JNCIA-Junos.
  • CompTIA A+.
  • CompTIA Network+.
  • Microsoft MCP.
  • CompTIA Server+.
