North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a General Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and direct the operations of an assigned production area in the manufacturing facility, including safety, quality, productivity, and all related personnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your priorities include :

• Leading and directing department supervisors with respect to the volume, cost, and quality of their production area, and in meeting both production schedules and delivery dates.
• Promoting the efficient utilization of equipment, facilities, personnel, and raw materials.
• Preparing and maintaining production reports.
• Working with the Plant AGM to develop goals, standards, and work schedules for the production area.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards throughout areas of responsibility.
• Managing departmental budgets and operations, including recommendation of capital equipment.

Salary Range : $80,000 - $110,000

Requirements

Your background includes :

Experience : 3 - 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
