UX Researcher - Join Our Mission at Purpose Financial!

We\'re seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our UX Team in Greenville, SC. This is your chance to uncover critical user insights that drive intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. You\'ll be working with innovative research methodologies and AI-driven tools to transform data into actionable design recommendations that directly impact our customers\' financial journey.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and conduct comprehensive user research using methods like usability testing, interviews, and surveys
  • Create detailed user journey maps that highlight customer pain points, motivations, and opportunities
  • Leverage AI-powered research tools and analytics platforms to uncover deeper behavioral insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with business goals
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for improving conversion and engagement
  • Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization

What You Bring

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or related fields
  • Strong background in usability testing, user journey mapping, and mixed-method research
  • Proficiency with research and analytics tools like Google Analytics, LogRocket, or Hotjar
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) or A / B testing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across disciplines
