• Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality.\n
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.\n
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.\n
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.\n\nWhat you Need to make a Difference\n
• Possess an Active RN license in the state of residence.\n
• Current / active CPR Certification.\n
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure.\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple. projects with a high level of quality and productivity.\n
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.\n
