The Full Time Assistant Store Manager is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This position serves as a role model of barista responsibilities and serves as the team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable. Assistant Store Manager's model our core values :

Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooters "Amazing" customer service experienceMaintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rushAssist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team membersDevelop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce / improve performanceProactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team salesUnderstand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent mannerEnsure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesServe as a keyholder, following all opening and closing proceduresDemonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptabilityAssist Store Manager with administrative duties as requestedPhysical Demands / Working Conditions :
