Senior Project Manager & Estimator

Gpac is partnered with one of the top ten fastest growing mechanical contractors in the US that is looking to add a Director of Preconstruction to their team! Our ideal candidate is someone who has :

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management and / or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction, sales, estimating and / or project management within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, such as, HVAC, plumbing and related trades
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Navisworks and other project management tools
• Professional Engineering license and / or certificate in project management (PMP) is a PLUS
