Key Responsibilities
Review prior authorization requests and determine drug product eligibility based on member benefits
Report utilization review statistics and track compliance of review cases
Provide clinical guidance to pharmacy technicians and ensure quality control in pharmacy practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in pharmacy
3+ years of experience in a related field
Licensed NC pharmacist or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
