Key Responsibilities
Builds and manages customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement models to enhance solution delivery
Identifies and addresses blockers to consumption through data analysis and customer feedback, ensuring progress on consumption milestones
Aligns Microsoft solutions with customer needs and objectives, initiating conversations to connect customer goals with available resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or related fields, or equivalent experience
U.S. citizenship verification is required due to legal restrictions
Pass a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter
