Position Title : Senior Identity Management Business Analyst

Location : Tysons, VA / Pensacola, FL

Position Status : Contract to Hire

Pay Rate : $63 - $69 per hour

Position Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Management Business Analyst to play a key role in enhancing and optimizing enterprise-level identity governance processes. This position will focus on analyzing, designing, and improving identity lifecycle management workflows, with a strong emphasis on user provisioning, automation, and governance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on identity management professional who thrives in complex environments, collaborates effectively with technical and business stakeholders, and drives process efficiency and compliance through technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the identity and access management (IAM) lifecycle, including user provisioning, application onboarding, and access reviews.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to streamline provisioning workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Provide detailed reporting and metrics to leadership using tools such as Power BI.
• Support automation initiatives through scripting and workflow tools (e.g., PowerShell, PEGA).
• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels-including executives-to gather requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure alignment with IAM best practices.
