- Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. - Ensure the highest standards of product quality, presentation, and customer service are consistently met and exceeded. - Assist the store manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. - Train and develop baristas to deliver legendary customer service, product knowledge, and beverage preparation techniques. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues to ensure a delightful Starbucks experience. - Uphold Starbucks' brand values and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. - Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Qualifications :
- Previous supervisory experience in the food service, retail, or hospitality industry is preferred. - Passion for coffee and an appreciation for the Starbucks brand and culture. - Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with both customers and team members. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
