Legacy is seeking a full-time or part-time Maintenance Technician to provide support for a number of condominium associations in and around Ann Arbor, Michigan. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing and tracking residential work orders in a timely manner and for performing general maintenance and repair duties. This position is responsible for coordinating contractors and working with vendors and co-owners including weekly common area inspections. The Maintenance Technician will work different shifts, including on-call, emergencies, weekends, holidays, and extended hours outdoors in different weather conditions. Providing exceptional customer service and the ability to work independently is necessary to be successful.
