This role serves as a clinical resource for staff during assigned shifts or on the unit. The Lead Nurse coordinates patient care, delegates duties, and holds staff accountable for the outcomes achieved.\n\nRequirements\n

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.\n
• Proven experience in a charge nurse or leadership role within a healthcare setting.\n
• Strong knowledge of triage protocols and urgent care procedures.\n
• Experience with case management and outpatient services is advantageous.\n
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.\n\nEducation\n\nCurrent New Mexico RN license. BSN preferred. Must complete Hospital-based ACLS and PALS within one year of employment.\n\nJob Type : Full-time\n\nBenefits : \n
