A long term locum in Fortuna, CA has become available for a BC / BE Internal Medicine / Family Practice MD / DO. Position starts 2 / 27 / 23 and will be ongoing. Required : BC / BE, Active License and DEA in CA, BLS / PALS and immunizations - Flu Vaccine, TB Status / X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), Covid-19 Vaccine Series and 1 Booster Details : Family Practice Clinic with mix of adults and children (Pediatric not required), with a schedule of M-F, 8A-5P including 36 hours of patient time (18 pts daily), and 4 hours for administrative time.
