The Travel Nurse RN in the ICU is responsible for providing both direct and indirect patient care in a critical care setting. This role involves communication with medical staff regarding patient conditions and the ability to respond quickly to changes in clinical status. Required qualifications include a Colorado Registered Nurse license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Job Details

  • Provided direct and indirect patient care in the ICU setting.
  • Communicates with physicians / Nursing Director / coworkers about changes in patient’s clinical condition.
  • Can respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
  • Performs general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

    • Job Requirements

  • Current Colorado Registered Nurse license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current ACLS (within one year of hire).
  • PALS required (within one year of hire).
  • Successful completion of arrhythmia competency (within 6 months of hire).

  • ICU setting
  • Ability to perform head-to-toe assessment on all patients.
