Title : X-Ray Technologist – Perioperative Imaging

Location : Columbus, OH

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day Shift, 4x10-Hour (11 : 30 – 22 : 00)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide specialized imaging support in perioperative and surgical settings, including use of C-arm and O-arm technology.
  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in support of surgical and trauma procedures.
  • Operate radiologic equipment including GE and O-arm systems for intraoperative imaging.
  • Collaborate with surgical, medical, and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Float to additional imaging units of similar acuity as required.
  • Participate in rotating weekend coverage and on-call shifts as scheduled.
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and maintain equipment functionality.
  • Utilize Epic (preferred) for charting and documentation.
  • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
  • Proficient with C-arm and O-arm systems (must have strong competency – Hard Stop)
  • Prior experience in a Level I Trauma and teaching hospital (required)
  • Background in outpatient, inpatient, and OR imaging
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary surgical teams
