Position Summary :  The Senior Community Outreach Liaison builds and maintains meaningful and strategic relationships with key provider group stakeholders, community agencies and organizations, government entities, and where relevant, military and Veterans-related organizations. This individual is critical in facilitating the overall performance, including ramping and maintenance of provider and clinic community impact, in their region.

Essential Responsibilities :

Responsible for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with key provider groups, driving sustainable, long-term relationships that benefit both organizations.

Partners with regional and corporate leadership to execute related events and education on TMS.

Cultivates partnerships which highlight Family Care Center’s capacity to improve care and increase help-seeking behavior.

Sets community outreach goals and manages and executes community outreach programs and events.
