Description :

Candidates must ensure that the prescreen form is filled out and attached upon submission.

A resume and license verification also need to be attached.

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

New graduates are considered, and SNF experience is preferred.

Candidates must complete a Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to the start date.
