Sales Director, North America – Cybersecurity Services
We are hiring a Sales Director (Hunter + Account Manager) with 10-12 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions in the North American market. This role involves new business acquisition and managing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Development : Utilize an extensive network of CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and security professionals to identify and close new cybersecurity service opportunities.
- Account Management & Growth : Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and cross-sell / up-sell opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in North America.
- Market Intelligence : Keep abreast of cybersecurity trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Collaboration & Leadership : Coordinate with marketing, product development, and pre-sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements :
10-12 years in cybersecurity sales, selling services, platforms, or solutions within North America.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through enterprise deal closures.Strong network of cybersecurity decision-makers.Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, compliance, and risk management.Ability to articulate complex security solutions to technical and business stakeholders.Experience selling to C-level executives, security teams, and IT decision-makers.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed, preferably based in Texas, New Jersey, or New York.Why Join?
