Overview

Position : IT Analyst

Location : Tulsa, OK

Pay : $22 / hour + Weekly Pay

Experience : At least 2 years of related experience in IT support or analysis.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.

Type : Full-time; Contract

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

ProRecruiters is seeking an IT Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT / network-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Configure, install, and repair various information systems, hardware, and software.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications for performance and reliability issues.
  • Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in the implementation and testing of new IT systems and applications.
  • Communicate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve user issues.
  • Manage IT assets according to company policies and established procedures.
  • Utilize data reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with employees.

Position Requirements

  • Strong technical background with knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, and telecommunications.
  • Proficiency with endpoint device operating systems and hardware interfaces.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism when assisting end users.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service level objectives.
  • Ability to travel or provide after-hours support when required.
