The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
A valid driver's license – no commercial driver's license is required (license type varies by state)
Passing a Department of Transportation physical examination

Full-time casual package delivery drivers typically work eight to ten hours per day, with varied schedules that may include weekdays or weekends depending on business needs.
