Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to perform assembly, disassembly, re-work, and basic testing of electrical and electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical and electromechanical assembly, soldering, and inspection in a manufacturing environment, and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Assemble, test, and solder electronic components to IPC-A-610B Class 3 standards
  • Cut, prepare, and pre-tin wires; prepare batteries; apply conformal coatings, marking, and adhesive bonding
  • Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and specifications accurately
  • Inspect work for quality and adherence to customer and company standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace according to 6S standards
  • Assist with training and support for team members as needed
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement and lean initiatives
  • Adhere to all safety, attendance, and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Technician or Supervisor

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in electronics manufacturing or completed OJT training for multiple products
  • Proficient with soldering, hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and safety documents
  • Strong mechanical and electromechanical assembly skills
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Willingness to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends
  • Must pass a hands-on assessment to advance in the hiring process
  • Able to comply with drug-free workplace policies

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Primarily seated work (~90%) with some standing / walking
  • Frequent use of hands for fine manipulations and grasping
  • Occasional light lifting and pushing / pulling of carts
  • Ability to maintain static neck / head positions while working
