We are the only ABA provider in the region offering services in both center-based and approved community-based settings such as schools and daycare centers.

The Clinical Assistant is a hybrid clinical / administrative role essential to the smooth operation of our center-based ABA program. This position serves as a bridge between staff, clients, and leadership, ensuring continuity of care, quality service delivery, and an engaging, structured environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
Serve as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) during session cancellationsProvide in-session assistance to BHTs when clinically appropriateManage client safety and support during bathroom routinesRespond to behavioral crises using Handle with Care strategiesLead client activities and implement instructional directivesSession Planning & Materials
Develop and implement daily session materials (circle time, art, reinforcement schedules, etc.)Create and execute weekly center-wide activity plansPrepare individualized tools based on clients goals and needsResource & Environment Management
Prepare and distribute materials for both center and community-based servicesManage toy inventory and resource distributionCreate and update bulletin boards for staff communications and client artworkComplete end-of-day closing procedures (e.g., lights, doors, cleanup)Administrative & Team Support
Input data and analyze the Kidnet system per Managed Care Organization (MCO) standardsAttend team meetings, trainings, and supervisionAssist in identifying and supporting client needs across programsQualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in education, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field requiredValid Drivers LicenseExperience & Skills
Experience working with children requiredExperience with behavioral supports preferredGoogle Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Familiarity with ABA principles and session planningAbility to lead, multitask, and work independently without constant supervisionStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsPersonal Attributes
