A company is looking for a Program Coordinator to support a traffic safety program in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit monthly grant claims and ensure compliance with state requirements

Monitor program budgets and assist with financial forecasting and grant applications

Collect and analyze program data for reporting and compliance purposes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong organizational and project management skills

Demonstrated ability to manage financial details and reconcile data

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience with government or grant-funded programs preferred
