This is an excellent opportunity for a Neonatologist who thrives in a collegial environment with strong perinatal support. Key Details :

• Setting : Community Level III NICU

Coverage : 24 / 7 in-house (shared schedule among group)

Average Daily Census : 5 infants

Deliveries at Facility : 2,000 births / year

Schedule : Full-time or part-time available

Location Requirement : Must reside locally or be willing to relocate

Not accepting Locums or visa candidates

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with perinatology and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative initiatives

Provide family-centered, compassionate communication and care

Maintain a prompt, in-house response for neonatal needs

Candidate Requirements :

Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Certification preferred

Committed to high-quality, collaborative care

Must be local or planning to relocate to the Santa Monica area
