Client Services Associate Corporate Concierge Role

Location : On-site, Dallas / Fort Worth Metropolitan Area

Employment Type : As-Needed / Interim | Hourly, Non-Exempt

Pay Rate : $21.63 / hour

We are seeking a professional and adaptableConcierge Associateto provideinterim coverageat our client site in Dallas, TX. This position supports our full-time concierge team during scheduled absences such as vacation, personal leave, or sick days. The role is ideal for individuals who are available on an as-needed basis and can step in with short notice to maintain seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage retail checkouts and document service requests
  • Provide clerical support, light research, and event assistance
  • Handle occasional accounting tasks and travel bookings
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace

Examples of Coverage Scenarios :

  • Filling in for a concierge team member on vacation
  • Covering shifts during unexpected sick days
  • Supporting the team during high-demand events or seasonal peaks
  • Assisting during temporary leaves of absence

    • Shift Flexibility :

  • This position doesnothave a fixed schedule
  • Shifts are typically scheduled between8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Assignments may be communicated with short notice, depending on team needs
  • A minimum of7 workdays is expected in September, with potential for additional assignments throughout the year

    • Qualifications : Required :

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a small team
  • Proficiency in basic office software
  • Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing needs

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in concierge, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles
  • Availability for short-notice assignments
  • Well-suited for a professional mindset individual seeking occasional work

    • Compensation :

  • Hourly Rate : $21.63
  • Start Date : ASAP
