Workday Change Lead

A company is looking for a Workday Change Lead - US (Spanish-Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day Change Manager, ensuring execution of all assigned workstream change management activities

Facilitate weekly change management meetings with customer teams, driving alignment, accountability, and progress

Develop and deliver communications and training materials, aligned with the client's Statement of Work (SOW)

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Change Lead or Change Manager within Workday implementations

Strong understanding of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)

Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)

Experience creating communications and training deliverables for executive and end-user audiences

Consulting background or experience in multinational, LATAM-focused projects preferred
