About the Role

You will maintain and ensure that all parts are ordered and inventoried for Maintenance dept.

What You'll Do

  • Audit, reorder, receive, restock, and make corrections to inventory as needed, completing a thorough inventory count of one set of shelves weekly
  • Research / source non-stock requested parts
  • Prepare current & prior day PM vehicle reports & non-stock parts progress for daily meetings
  • Maintain, reorder, pickup inventory for vending machines at Service and Body shop
  • Process and email all invoices to receivables
  • Scan equipment FHWA forms into proper online & physical files
  • Assist with vehicle pickups / deliveries & hiring signs
  • Any additional duties assigned by management

    • Qualifications

  • Drivers License
  • Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
  • High school diploma or GED
