Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate and timely invoices and manage customer accounts for outstanding balances
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies while collaborating with clients for inquiries
Process payments, reconcile accounts, and support audit requests as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
2+ years of professional experience in billing & collections or accounts receivable
Proficiency with MS Excel
Ability to maintain internet service with specified speeds for remote work
Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred
