What will you do?

Carpool is looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across our vehicle logistics platform. You'll lead design—turning user needs and business goals into intuitive, high-impact experiences. This is a hands-on role for a creative and artistic thinker who loves rolling up their sleeves, crafting beautiful experiences & interfaces, and mentoring others along the way.

You’ll work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Senior Leadership teams to ensure our product is not only functional, but delightful.

Responsibilities :

Design Ownership : Lead and execute the UX and UI strategy across our web and mobile platforms.
Hands-On Creation : Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior team members while managing design quality and process.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in UX / UI or Product Design

Proven track record of shipping elegant, user-centered digital products from concept to launch.

Proficiency in Figma (or similar), with strong visual design and interaction design skills.

Ability to balance creativity with business logic—you know how to design for real-world constraints.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions.

Leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional influence.

A portfolio that shows both process and polish—ideally with work that solves real problems, not just looks great.
