Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring client satisfaction
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client growth and achieve business objectives
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and conduct organized business reviews
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management roles
Experience in an early-stage startup or insurtech company is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with partners across different time zones
Experience in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on account performance
