ERMCO is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join our quality team at our Bristol, WI site. This role is essential in ensuring product quality through inspections, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections at all stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Operate within the ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection and test reports.
• Analyze test data and report deviations from specifications.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvements and implement solutions.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns promptly.
• Complete and track Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
• Support other quality-related tasks as assigned.
