Sr. Manager Cost Analysis

Finance Manager

Manages supplier capture strategy for pursuit of long-range objectives and strategic plans to ensure effective material integration on program campaign pursuits, and establish new or renewed contracts. Manages price / cost analysis on a variety of proposals for development, production and sustainment of major systems. Manages analysis of supplier's projected estimated costs for reasonableness, reviewing in detail the significant direct cost elements of material, labor, and special tooling. Evaluations of supplier proposals are provided to the government customer and used in prime proposal pricing. Develops negotiation strategies and concludes both supplier and prime negotiations to achieve company profit objectives and customer affordability goals. The Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) requires Price Cost Analysis work on all proposals over the TINA threshold.

Basic Qualifications :

• Generally has 12+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• Leadership experience managing large teams.
• TINA experience
• Strong communication and presentation experience

Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
