Sales Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Sales Operations- Quote to Cash professional.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accurate and timely order processing for all sales transactions

Develop and maintain customer records to support opportunity pipeline management

Engage with sales and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and compliance during contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in a client-facing business role and understanding of order-to-cash principles

Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated professionalism in challenging situations

Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
