Specialist, Total Rewards
Join the HR team that's rewriting the ENC story.
At ENC, we're not just building buses; we're building a company that's leaner, faster, and laser-focused on results. In the past year alone, we've reduced turnover, accelerated hiring times, and launched performance-driven programs that are already fueling increased productivity.
Now we're looking for a Specialist, Total Rewards to take our Compensation, Benefits, and Workers' Compensation programs to the next level. You'll be the strategist and hands-on driver behind our pay structures and incentive plans, all with one goal : to make ENC a place where great people come, stay, and grow.
This isn't a "keep the lights on" HR role. This is a build (from scratch), refine, and win environment where you'll have visibility across the business, a voice at the table, and the freedom to innovate, all backed by leadership that measures success in outcomes, not just effort.
Job Summary :
At ENC, Total Rewards encompasses Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Workers' Compensation. As the Specialist, Total Rewards, you will be the key architect of our strategy, providing leadership in compensation program design, benefits administration, and business consulting. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration and deep market insight. You'll partner with leaders to ensure our programs align with both our business priorities and people strategy. Success in this role will depend on your breadth of experience, analytical skill, and ability to integrate Total Rewards into the broader talent framework.
