Senior Developer

Full-Time | Remote

Eligible Locations : Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Nevada, Washington, Wyoming, South Dakota, Alaska

A leading global professional services team is seeking a Senior Developer to drive integration and delivery of key financial and practice management systems. This role combines hands-on technical work with stakeholder collaboration, cloud migration, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead setup, integration, and upgrades for business-critical systems.
Gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
Support on-premise to cloud migrations using modern DevOps tools.
Troubleshoot issues and maintain high system performance.
Produce clear documentation and deployment guides.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Strong experience with large-scale financial or practice management platforms (Aderant or similar).

Solid SDLC experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, PowerShell, SQL Server.

Proven cloud migration and Azure DevOps experience.

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Flexible to work US hours, with some off-hours support as needed.
