Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations

Develop and implement customized therapy plans for residents

Conduct audiometric screenings and manage referrals when needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to drive optimal outcomes

Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with Medicare and facility standards

Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and staff education

Uphold a culture of dignity, safety, and clinical excellence

What Were Looking For

Masters Degree (MA or MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active New York State SLP license

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills

Team-oriented mindset with a passion for ethical, patient-centered care
