Our US Gas Pipeline Projects organization is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business, and we are expanding our presence in Houston to support our Construction Management team.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Construction Management Resource Coordinator to be responsible for the coordination and alignment of delivering Construction Management & Inspection Resources for supporting various project programs entering the construction implementation phase. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong partnership, teamwork, communication and organizational skills and can prioritize and manage numerous and complex processes simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Monitoring vendors to ensure compliance with Company policies, attending meetings, and working with various stakeholders
- Ensuring that the Company's vendors meet all applicable and regulatory requirements for source inspection
- Review Vendors ITPS to ensure they are aligned with Project Specifications and coordinate with discipline engineering as required
- Distribution of final document package to inspection
- Coordinate inspection-related RFIs and NCRs, determining resolution paths based on risk.
- Review inspection reports and turnover packages (e.g. MTR's), escalating issues as needed
- Coordinate development of inspection checklists and other standard technical requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including identifying trends in real-time
- Monitor KPI's and support supplier performance management (manufacturing and inspection agencies)
- Track and provide reports as required, to include test packages
- Other tasks as required.

Associate's degree in engineering, mech, electrical, civil, etcAPI 510 Construction Management or related field Ability to review Inspection test plans, welding procedures and quality documentationKnowledge of standards such as ASME, ASTM, ISO 9001Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma2-4 or more years of experience in business analysis, vendor surveillance, project coordination, and / or construction managementProven expertise in customer service or business relationship managementExperience / knowledge of related trade skills (Inspection) pipeline and facility practices and shop surveillance, such as manufacturing process and equipmentField experience / exposure to operational and construction environments a plusStrong business analysis, problem solving, and decision-making methodologiesIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Projects and MS Office Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Comfortable with Public SpeakingMilitary service may substitute for industry experience MOSSeniority level
