Dental Assistant (CDA) or EFDA - Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
- Set up and break down instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols meticulously
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist (4-handed dentistry)
- Perform lab-related tasks as directed
- Deliver oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care guidance
- Keep operatories clean, stocked, and organized
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with insurance / payment procedures
- Support front office duties when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience : Prior dental assisting experience required; EFDA certification is a plusClinical Skills : Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization procedures, and 4-handed dentistryEFDAs : Ability to place restorations, take final impressions, and perform expanded clinical duties per state guidelinesSoftware & Tech : Familiarity with dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.); CEREC experience is a mustAdministrative : Comfortable with scheduling, insurance processing, and basic billing tasksSoft Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a professional, patient-first attitudeCertifications : Radiology certification required; coronal polishing certification is a plusEducation : High school diploma and completion of Dental Assisting Program is requiredWhy Join Us?
