Position Summary :

As an Implementation Architect, you will lead the design and execution of end-to-end deployment strategies for our data management and cybersecurity solutions. Youll partner closely with clients to understand their technical environments, translate business requirements into scalable architectures, and ensure seamless integration of our platforms into complex enterprise ecosystems.

In this role, you will act as both a hands-on technical leader and trusted advisorguiding implementation teams, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product and customer success teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. By defining best practices, overseeing solution design, and addressing technical challenges, you will play a critical role in enabling customers to maximize the value of their data with Index Engines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing and documenting architectural designs for complex solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to Deployment Engineers and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Contributing to the development and execution of the organization's technology strategy, aligning architectural decisions with business objectives.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with solution design and implementation, ensuring solutions are robust and secure.
• Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Overseeing the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, driving continuous improvement in the organization's architecture and solutions.
• Sharing their expertise with other team members, contributing to the development of best practices and architectural standards.
• Develop a strong understanding of the IE product and OEM offerings.
