As a Leasing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe living environments in assigned properties by addressing concerns, maintaining compliance, and supporting residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Leasing : Handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations effectively.
• Application Processing : Process applications and maintain organized files.
• Inquiry Handling : Address inquiries and coordinate resident services efficiently.
• Maintenance Oversight : Oversee maintenance and ensure property compliance.
• Rent Management : Manage rent collection and maintain resident communications.
• Retention Strategies : Implement resident retention strategies and ensure annual inspections.
