Tridium Controls Technician

We are seeking an experienced Tridium Controls Technician to install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain building automation systems (BAS) using the Tridium Niagara framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC control systems, network integration, and field commissioning, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering efficient, reliable building performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and program Tridium Niagara-based BAS controllers and devices.
• Perform system integration with third-party protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.).
• Commission, calibrate, and test sensors, actuators, and control equipment.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work with project teams to ensure proper system design and functionality.
• Maintain accurate documentation including wiring diagrams, point lists, and programming backups.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance staff.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and facility managers to meet project goals and deadlines.
