Seasonal Delivery Driver - Peak Holiday Season $25 / Hour

Are you ready to capitalize on the busiest shipping season of the year? We are seeking highly motivated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team for the critical Christmas peak season. This is a high-intensity, short-term opportunity with premium hourly pay for dedicated individuals.

Hourly Rate : $25.00 per hour

Employment Period : Approximately 8 weeks

This is a temporary, seasonal position with a projected end date of January 1, 2026, or no later than January 15, 2026, depending on post-holiday shipping volume.

This is a seasonal, temporary employment opportunity. As such, this position is not eligible for benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, dental / vision coverage, paid time off (PTO), sick leave, or 401(k) matching. Compensation is strictly the premium hourly wage of $25.00.

Work Commitment and Schedule :

Successful candidates will be required to commit to a set weekly schedule.

  • Expected Weekly Hours : 30 to 50 hours per week. You are expected to work all assigned hours.
  • On-Call Requirement : Drivers must be available for one assigned on-call day per week to cover operational needs during the peak volume period.

The Seasonal Role :

As a Seasonal Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company during the time our customers need us most. This is a demanding role that requires commitment, stamina, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and business locations.
  • Manage a high volume of deliveries and pickups within a specified route and time frame during peak holiday demand.
  • Execute all deliveries and pickups with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

    • Requirements :

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in delivery, commercial driving, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle the increased hours and fast pace of the holiday season.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
  • Must pass a 4-panel drug test prior to beginning employment.

    • This is a critical temporary position to support our heightened volume during the 2025 holiday season. Serious applicants prepared for a challenging and rewarding 8-week commitment are encouraged to apply immediately.
