The Mission

Build and optimize automated lead generation playbooks that we can deploy across multiple clients with minimal customization. You'll be responsible for creating scalable systems that work for coaching businesses, consultants, SaaS companies, and ecommerce brands—systems that get better with each client we plug in.

What success looks like : Automated playbooks that generate consistent lead flow for 15+ clients simultaneously, with optimization cycles that improve performance across the entire client base.

3+ years building lead generation systems with measurable results

Experience with modern lead gen tools : Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Go High Level

Deep understanding of email deliverability, domain management, and compliance

Track record of scaling campaigns to thousands of contacts

Systems & Automation Mastery

Expert-level experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, custom APIs)

Ability to build complex workflows that integrate multiple marketing tools

Experience designing systems for scale, not just individual campaigns

Understanding of data architecture and cross-platform integrations

AI & Technology Forward

Experience implementing AI tools for lead generation and personalization

Comfortable testing and adopting new technologies before they go mainstream

Understanding of how AI can enhance traditional lead generation methods

Ability to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge marketing technologies
