The Opportunity :

At Postman, our Sales Enablement team is responsible for arming our sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge to proficiently sell Enterprise and close new logos. From creating sales training and collateral to offering unwavering support and guidance, we\'re committed to equipping our GTM teams with everything they need to achieve unparalleled success.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop training content and self-paced courses for new hire onboarding, everboarding, and skills development for the go-to-market team
• Apply proven instructional design theories and adult learning principles to the development of engaging and relevant content that enhances learning transfer and retention
• Collaborate with the new hire onboarding program manager and subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on our learners and stakeholders
• Create learning objectives to appropriately match the identified training needs, and design content that meets those goals
• Manage, own, and update training content in LMS and CMS in collaboration with department standards
• Produce hands on exercises, activities, and assessments that align with the content and learner, and are designed to reinforce learning
• Simultaneously manage multiple learning programs holding various levels of complexity and time-critical deliverables through their entire life cycle

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or Boston & the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 & a competitive equity package.
