Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician Disaster Support Ready

PuroClean of Burlington is a trusted leader in property damage restoration, specializing in water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup. We are excited to announce the launch of our new residential and commercial cleaning division , and were looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.

While this role is primarily focused on maintenance cleaning, we are a disaster restoration company at our core. That means during high-volume periods, you may be asked to temporarily assist with restoration projects. If you're someone who thrives in a flexible, team-based environment, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do at PuroClean of Burlington

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services in residential homes and commercial office spaces
  • Perform duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking
  • Maintain and organize cleaning supplies, equipment, and company vehicles
  • Assist with property restoration cleaning (water, mold, and fire damage) during high-demand periods (with full training provided)
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and represent PuroClean of Burlington with professionalism
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members

    • What Were Looking For

  • Reliable, detail-focused, and committed to high standards of cleanliness
  • Willing to support disaster restoration work when needed
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than one moving violation in the last 3 years and no at-fault accidents in the last 5 years
  • Must be insurable under company policy
