Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager for Capital Health - Pennington Division, located in Pennington, New Jersey .  Capital is a 300 bed facility. This position will manage staff for Environmental Services, Patient Transport and Linen Distribution. This is a 2nd shift position with some   weekends and holidays (3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm) overseeing a team of 35. This positions will report directly into the Operations Manager on-site.

What You'll Do :

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and / or
• support an inclusive workforce.
