What You’ll Be Doing :

Canvassing and Direct Sales : You’ll reach out to homeowners and businesses, educating them about the benefits of solar energy and signing them up for consultations. Your role is simple—introduce them to the power of clean, affordable energy, and let our industry-leading products sell themselves!

Consultative Selling : No pressure—just a friendly conversation. You’ll work with potential clients, understand their energy needs, and offer customized solar solutions that save them money and benefit the environment.

What We’re Looking For :

Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required) : If you’ve worked in any sales environment before—whether it’s real estate , life insurance , bartending , teaching , preaching, or you've never had job but love people! —your skills are transferable. If you’ve sold anything, you can sell solar! We will take the time to properly educate and train you in the industry! you can teach Solar but you can't teach work ethic!

Strong Communication Skills : You don’t have to be a “hard seller”—what matters is your ability to connect with people, listen to their needs, and offer genuine solutions.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : This is an independent, commission-based role. You’ll need to take initiative and be proactive in driving your own success. But if you’re willing to put in the effort, the rewards are substantial.
