Cable Technician

Job Title : Structured Cabling Technician

Project Overview We are hiring Structured Cabling Technicians for a long-term project at a new Amazon Robotics Warehouse in Wilmington, NC. The project has already begun and will involve the installation of low-voltage infrastructure to support advanced automation systems in a high-tech warehouse environment.

Who We're Looking For We are seeking candidates of all experience levels-from entry-level techs eager to learn, to experienced professionals with a background in structured cabling. Technicians with commercial cabling experience are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test Cat5e / Cat6 and fiber optic cabling
• Build and label telecom racks, patch panels, and cable trays
• Route cable through ceilings, walls, and floors in a commercial setting
• Read and interpret blueprints and network diagrams
• Follow safety protocols and project specifications
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00 / hr.
