What You'll Do...
As a Director in Private Brands Product Development, you will lead a team of product developers that work cross-functionally across the merchandising organization to develop a cohesive member strategy and create new items that will delight our Member. You will manage key performance metrics that drive sustainable growth, develop robust partnerships with merchants and suppliers, and use vision and creativity to positively impact the member experience with the Member's Mark brand.
You know your member and supplier needs better than anyone else and are constantly thinking about what is next for your business. Success in this role requires tenacity, an analytical mindset, influence, and a competitive spirit. You'll use your executive presence to work with merchants and suppliers at all levels and navigate interesting, complex challenges.

Requirement for Role :
Educational background in applicable technical area of expertise : Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, etc.
Masters Preferred
Area of Responsibility : Pet, Paper, Tabletop, Baby, Health and Beauty Aids, Laundry and Household Cleaners, Pharmacy and OTC Drug (subject to change based on needs of the business)

Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, or related field and 4 years experience in project management OR 6 years experience in project management, process engineering, or related field. Five years experience leading cross functional teams.
