Job Type : Part-Time Contract

Position Overview : We are looking for a part-time advisor with a strong engineering background to support the implementation of our Digital Project Delivery Framework. The ideal candidate will possess a Professional Engineer (PE) certification and have extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Geospatial Information Systems (GIS).

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice and guidance on the implementation of the Digital Project Delivery Framework.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM and GIS technologies into project workflows.
• Assist in the development and refinement of digital project delivery processes and standards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on BIM and GIS applications.
• Review and evaluate project plans, designs, and models to ensure compliance with digital delivery standards.
• Support the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Monitor and report on the progress of digital project delivery initiatives.

Qualifications :

Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required. (Must be certified in the State of IN)

Proven experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Geospatial Information Systems (GIS).

Strong understanding of digital project delivery frameworks and methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS).

Preferred Skills :

GIS software experience (ArcGIS, QGIS, ArcMap, etc.).

Spatial data analysis and management experience.

Exposure to project management software.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MATLAB, Python, or Excel.

CADD skills (Civil3D or OpenRoads Designer).

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in the public sector, transportation specifically

Familiarity with government regulations, standards, & policies

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Pay : $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
